Description
Whether you offer online or offline classes and education, this free class registration template is the necessary addition to your website. It offers a simple process for the user to submit their registration form on mobile or desktop.
Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 825 KB (it was 1.2 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. Date fields use the browser’s own date picker, so phones get their native calendar. The drop-downs are real select menus, styled as before, so their values are sent with the form.
