Relay Auth is a complete HTML authentication UI starter with eight matching screens: sign in, registration, recovery request, check email, password reset, code verification, expired link and confirmation.

The interface uses standalone HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It includes responsive layouts, persistent labels, password visibility controls, inline validation, loading and error feedback, and a resend cooldown. Preview settings let you explore rejected requests, network failures, rate limits and expired codes or links.

Frontend starter: the demo does not create accounts, send email or authenticate real users. Replace the included demo adapter with your backend or authentication provider. The download includes a setup guide explaining the operations, error mapping, recovery context and launch checks.
