Description

This powerful and beginner-friendly free online registration template offers both social and email account registrations. Even though many still prefer the traditional approach, a lot of users like using social networks because it’s quicker.

Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 130 KB (it was 1.5 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. The floating labels need no library either.
