With this free minimal registration template, you can keep the flow of your website theme clean and simple. You are welcome to take it to your total advantage, embedding it into your project and altering it if necessary.

Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 130 KB (it was 1.5 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. The floating labels need no library either.
