Description

Collecting details about attendees happens easier than you think with this free event registration template. It is plain HTML and CSS, so it integrates quickly, with Bootstrap or without it.

Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 377 KB (it was 1.2 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. Date fields use the browser’s own date picker, so phones get their native calendar. The drop-downs are real select menus, styled as before, so their values are sent with the form.
