A four-step sign-up for a made-up whiteboard app, with a purple rail that holds a vertical stepper and a progress bar above each step. Each step is validated before moving on, the plan step uses radio cards with prices, and the review step groups every answer with an Edit button that jumps back. On phones the stepper turns into a row of four numbered steps.

It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 173 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
