Description
A calm, paper-toned sign-up for a made-up writing app, with a large serif heading and underline-only fields in one narrow column. After you pause typing the email, a simulated check shows a spinner and then says whether the address is free or already has an account. A required terms checkbox and an optional newsletter checkbox sit above the button.
It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 257 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
