Description

This free ticket booking template is perfect for galleries, museums and other types of exhibitions and whatnot. It features a beautiful design with a form on one side and an image on the other. Also, it’s entirely mobile device friendly.

Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 404 KB (it was 1.9 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. Date fields use the browser’s own date picker, so phones get their native calendar.
