Lendo is an industrial engineering and manufacturing company template built on Bootstrap 5. It has nine pages: home, about, services, projects, a project detail page, blog, a single blog post, contact and an elements page.
The home page opens with a full-width hero and covers services, a “why choose us” section with counters, a project gallery, a video, client testimonials and a client logo slider. The projects page links each project to its own detail page with the client, location, year and scope, and the blog has categories, tags, search, pagination and a comment form. The contact page has a working contact form and a map that loads on click, and every page has a newsletter form in the footer.
What’s new in 3.0
Bootstrap 5.3.8 (the earlier release used a Bootstrap 5 beta and jQuery) and plain JavaScript with no jQuery. Swiper replaces Slick on the testimonial and client logo sliders, PhotoSwipe replaces Magnific Popup, and Lucide SVG icons replace the icon fonts.
Lighter pages: the home page went from 2.29 MB and 59 requests to 0.77 MB and 33 requests, and the contact page from 1.71 MB and 83 requests to 0.36 MB and 10 requests. Photos have AVIF versions with JPEG fallbacks, and the hero and page banners stay sharp on Retina and 4K screens.
No third-party requests: the Jost font is self-hosted, and the contact map is an OpenStreetMap map that loads only when a visitor clicks it.
Working forms: the contact, newsletter and blog comment forms post to included PHP handlers with validation and sending, error and success messages.
Accessibility: a skip link, labelled controls, keyboard-friendly menus and sliders, visible focus, 44 px touch targets and text contrast of at least 4.5:1.
Fixes: a project detail page and distinct demo projects, posts and testimonials, slider arrows that were invisible on the white testimonial section, and a page title, description and structured data on every page.
