Login Form 15 is for all of you who are looking for something more in a free login template. That something more is the top banner section with text. By changing this part and the button color, you can quickly brand this free widget.

Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 177 KB (it was 2.6 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. Validation is a few lines of plain JavaScript that show the design’s own error messages. The floating labels need no library either.
