Description
If you are unsure about the design for your sign-up form, Login Form 10 rocks a simple one that always does the trick. In addition to the username and password fields, it also features a checkbox for “remember me” and “forgot?” link.
Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 247 KB (it was 6.0 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. Validation is a few lines of plain JavaScript that show the design’s own error messages.
