A full job listing for a made-up home-energy app, with key facts, an office photo, responsibilities, requirements and benefits on the left. The application form sits in a card on the right that stays in view while the description scrolls, then stacks below it on smaller screens. The form asks for name, email, portfolio link, a PDF CV and an optional note.

It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 217 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
