Description
A bright internship application for a made-up company, with a navy header decorated with simple shapes. Students give their university (with suggestions from a datalist), course, graduation year and a portfolio or code link, pick a team from four illustrated cards and describe something they made. The link is checked as a full http(s) URL, bare domains get https:// added, and a hint confirms where it points.
It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 301 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
