Description

Login Form 17 is an excellent free template to offer your users quick sign-ins into their accounts. It comes as a modern widget with a split design, featuring the image on the left and the form on the right. However, for a better mobile experience, the image vanishes.

Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 305 KB (it was 4.7 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. Validation is a few lines of plain JavaScript that show the design’s own error messages.
