Description
A dark in-app Net Promoter Score survey for an accounting product. Picking a score from 0 to 10 reveals a follow-up question whose wording, colour and label change for detractors, passives and promoters. The thank-you message is also tailored to the score group.
It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 249 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
- 0-10 scale as a native radio group with colour-coded segments
