MyHome is a Bootstrap 5 real estate website template for agencies, agents and property portals. It has six pages: home, about, listings, a single property page, blog and contact. The home page combines a full-width hero with a property search, featured listings, a location picker with a map, a hot deal and client testimonials; the listings page filters by type and status and sorts by price or area; the about page shows services, milestone counters and agent profiles.
The layout is mobile-ready and keeps the original design, with a working contact form, a map that loads only when a visitor asks for it, a video tour on the property page and a blog with search.
What’s new in 3.0
Bootstrap 5.3.8 and plain JavaScript: jQuery is gone, with Swiper, Jarallax and Lucide icons replacing the old plugins and image icons.
Lighter pages: all six pages together load 4.27 MB in 99 requests, down from 13.65 MB in 364, with AVIF images and self-hosted Montserrat.
No third-party requests until a visitor opens the map (OpenStreetMap, no API key) or the video.
Working forms and search: the contact form posts to a PHP handler, the property search opens the filtered listings and the blog search filters the posts.
Listings with filter chips and a keyboard-friendly sort menu; the property page tabs jump to their sections.
Accessible by default: skip links, labelled controls, visible focus and text at 4.5:1 contrast or better.
New photos and fictional addresses, agents and clients; every menu and footer link leads somewhere.
