Description
An account-provider style sign-in for a made-up suite of mail, calendar and drive apps. The first step asks only for the email, then a short loading bar leads to the password step, which shows the account as a chip with a Not you? button. The wide card puts the heading on the left and the fields on the right, and stacks on phones.
It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 128 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
- Identifier-first flow with separate forms per step
- Account chip with initial and a Not you? button that returns and selects the email
- Loading bar between steps, skipped with reduced motion
- Focus moves to the password, then to the success message
- Step changes and errors announced in a polite status region
- Show/hide password toggle with aria-pressed
