A job board listing card for a made-up company with a Quick apply panel that opens and closes as a disclosure. The compact form takes four things: name, email, a professional profile URL and a CV attached through a paperclip chip that shows the file name. Applying swaps the form for a short confirmation inside the same card.

It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 223 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.

• Disclosure button with aria-expanded and aria-controls
• Profile URL must be a full https link with a path
• CV chip shows the attached file name, PDF or Word up to 8 MB
• Two-column compact grid that stacks on phones
• Errors appear after typing and are announced politely
• Inline confirmation replaces the form and takes focus
