Unapp is a landing page template for apps, SaaS products and agencies, built on Bootstrap 5. The home page opens with a gradient hero and a slider of dashboard screens, followed by three feature columns, a video section, two phone screens with feature lists, animated counters, a blog teaser, a newsletter sign-up and four pricing plans. The layout is responsive and mobile-ready, with an off-canvas menu on phones.

There are nine pages: home, about, services, portfolio, portfolio grid with text, portfolio grid without text, blog, shop and contact. The about page has a video and a team section, the shop page a product grid with sale labels and quick actions, and the contact page a working contact form and a map that loads on click. Unapp gives you a ready-made site for a product launch, a SaaS business or a small studio.

What’s new in 3.0

• Bootstrap 5.3.8 (the earlier release used Bootstrap 3.3.5 and jQuery), compiled from Sass together with the theme and the Bootstrap 3 proportions the design was drawn with, and plain JavaScript with no jQuery. Swiper 14 replaces Owl Carousel on the dashboard slider, a video dialog replaces Magnific Popup, small built-in modules replace Waypoints, animate.css, countTo and Stellar, and Lucide SVG icons replace the icon font. npm run build (Dart Sass and esbuild) compiles one minified stylesheet and one script.
• Lighter pages: the nine pages went from 22.3 MB and 373 requests to 8.4 MB and 242 requests, and the home page from 6.4 MB to 1.0 MB. Every photo has an AVIF version with the JPEG as the fallback and real dimensions, the hero photo is preloaded, and the full-page preloader and the autoplaying background video are gone.
• No third-party requests: Poppins and Nunito are self-hosted, the contact map is an OpenStreetMap map (no API key needed) that loads only when a visitor clicks “Show map”, the video plays from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player only after a click, and a Google Analytics 4 snippet stays commented out until you add your own ID. Before, every page loaded Google Fonts and the home page a YouTube player in the background.
• Working forms: the contact form and the newsletter sign-up send through php/send-email.php and php/subscribe.php, with validation, a spam trap and an in-page message. Before, they had no action and no field names. The contact fields now have visible labels.
• Accessibility: a skip link and a main landmark on every page, one h1 per page, a real menu button for the off-canvas menu that closes with Esc, submenus that open on keyboard focus, names on icon, image and social links, visible focus rings, reduced-motion support and WCAG AA text contrast, with a darker green for buttons and prices, a darker blue behind the hero, counter and newsletter text and darker body greys.
• New content: sharper photos at their display size, new dashboard and phone screens drawn for the template, unique blog titles and authors, product names that match the shop photos, a fictional address, and footer and button links that open real pages (the About and Shop pages also had the wrong titles).
