A modern free sign-up form with social icons that works great on mobile and desktop, with or without Bootstrap. Along with the main fields and password confirmation, you can also activate the upload image function.

Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 251 KB (it was 256 KB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. It needs no JavaScript at all.
