I would like to know if i can use the template without using WordPress.
I want to download it, modify it in local and then upload it to a server.
Also, i want to know why doesn’t work the searcher in local. Why appears an error.
I bought two templates for WordPress before, and now i have these qüestions before buying another one for local & external server.

This is not a WordPress theme but an HTML/Bootstrap template.
