A project activity feed that loads ten more updates whenever you scroll near the end, using an IntersectionObserver on a sentinel element inside the scrolling panel. A Load more button under the feed does the same job for keyboard and screen reader users and moves focus to the first new update. The feed follows the ARIA feed pattern and a status line announces how many updates are shown.

It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 200 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
