Neos is a website template for consulting firms, agencies and other small businesses, built on Bootstrap 5, with a clean white-and-green design. The layout is responsive and mobile-ready and works in all popular web browsers. It comes with ten pages: home, about, services, why choose us, testimonials, gallery, FAQ, blog, blog post and contact.
Neos comes with a hero slider, parallax page headers, a multi-level drop-down menu, animated statistics, a services carousel, a testimonial slider, a photo gallery with a lightbox and social media icons. A working contact form, a blog with a comment form and a newsletter signup are included as well. If you run a creative agency, a consultancy or another business, Neos gives you a ready-made site to start from.
What’s new in 3.0
Bootstrap 5.3.8 (the earlier release used Bootstrap 4.3.1 and jQuery), compiled from Sass together with the theme and the original Bootstrap 4 proportions and colours, and plain JavaScript with no jQuery. Swiper 14 replaces Owl Carousel on the hero, services and testimonial sliders, PhotoSwipe replaces Fancybox in the gallery, Jarallax replaces Stellar on the page headers, a keyboard-operable dialog replaces the off-canvas mobile menu, and small built-in modules replace AOS and the counter plugins. npm run build (Dart Sass and esbuild) compiles one minified stylesheet and one script.
Lighter pages: the home page went from 2.8 MB and 39 requests to 682 KB and 20 requests, and the download from 3.4 MB to 1.5 MB. Every photo has an AVIF version with the JPEG as the fallback, real dimensions and lazy loading below the hero, the four team portraits (PNG files with a .jpg name) are real JPEGs about 90% smaller, and unused plugins such as jQuery UI, Magnific Popup and Slick are gone.
No third-party requests: Oswald and Work Sans are self-hosted, the Flaticon and IcoMoon icon fonts are replaced by Lucide SVG icons and a 1.2 KB social-logo subset (the Twitter bird is now the X logo), and a Google Analytics 4 snippet stays commented out until you add your own ID. Before, every page loaded its web fonts from another site.
Working forms: the contact, blog comment and footer newsletter forms send through mail handlers in the php folder, with validation, a spam trap and an in-page message. Before, they had no action and no field names and went nowhere. The blog sidebar search is a real search form.
Accessibility: a skip link and a main landmark on every page, one h1 per page, a real menu button, a mobile menu that works with the keyboard (Esc closes it), submenus that open from the keyboard, names on icon-only links and WCAG AA text contrast, with dark text on the green buttons and the call-to-action band, a darker green for green text, darker body, footer and meta greys and a darker overlay behind the hero headings.
Fixed: a full-page preloader hid every page for at least a second after loading, the blog sidebar’s search icon never showed, the slider arrows and inactive dots were hard to see, an unused stylesheet asked for images that did not exist, and the thank-you page had no title or language and loaded its logo from another site.
Demo content that fits a consulting firm: business headlines, service cards, counter labels, FAQ questions and footer links replace placeholder copy about website templates, the blog dates are current, the team names are fictional, and three photos are replaced with photos without brand markings.
