Meal is a restaurant website template with a large food-photo hero, a right-side menu and a spacious single-page layout. It includes a food showcase, restaurant story, chef profiles, breakfast/lunch/dinner tabs, services and guest reviews.

Visitors can send a table request, contact the restaurant or request newsletter updates. The map loads when clicked. Sass and JavaScript sources, build tools and setup documentation are included, with separate configurable PHP mail handlers for the three forms.

What’s new in 3.0

• Bootstrap 5.3.8 and vanilla JavaScript replace the older stack, with Swiper for reviews, Jarallax for background motion and Lucide interface icons.
• Home-page resources drop from about 4.93 MB to 1.10 MB, with requests reduced from 53 to 26.
• AVIF photos, local Open Sans and Playfair Display fonts, Font Awesome Brands and minified assets make no third-party requests on initial load.
• The right-side menu supports keyboard focus and Escape. Labels, headings, text contrast and reduced-motion behavior improve accessibility, and the header returns correctly after scrolling to the top.
• Reservation, contact and newsletter forms include validation and PHP email handlers. Table requests require manual confirmation; newsletter requests are emailed to the owner.
• Refreshed restaurant copy, credited replacement photos, page metadata and buyer documentation complete the upgrade.
