Landerz is a one-page landing template for a business or an app, built on Bootstrap 5 with a light layout and a teal accent. The page opens with a headline, a call to action and a flat illustration, followed by six feature cards, two product showcases with app-screen illustrations and client quotes, an about block, a testimonials slider, three blog teasers and a contact form. The header sticks to the top as you scroll and highlights the section in view. The layout is responsive and works in all popular web browsers.
What’s new in 3.0
Bootstrap 5.3.8 (the earlier release used Bootstrap 4 and jQuery), compiled from Sass with the original proportions, and plain JavaScript with no jQuery. Swiper 14 runs the testimonials slider, and small built-in modules handle the mobile menu, sticky header, scroll reveals and the contact form. npm run build (Dart Sass and esbuild) compiles the minified stylesheets and script.
Lighter page: from 2.3 MB and 40 requests to 1.0 MB and 34 requests. Photos have AVIF versions with JPEG fallbacks, real dimensions and lazy loading, and the blog and about photos are now sharp on high-density screens.
New artwork: the hero illustration and the two app-screen pictures are original SVG drawings in the same colours, crisp at any size.
No third-party requests: Montserrat is self-hosted, Lucide SVG icons and a small social-logo subset replace two icon fonts (the Twitter bird is now the X logo), and a Google Analytics 4 snippet stays commented out until you add your own ID.
Working contact form: it sends through php/send-email.php, with visible labels, validation, a spam trap and an in-page message.
Accessibility: a skip link and a main landmark, one h1, a menu button that opens a keyboard-friendly panel and closes with Esc, named icon links, and a deeper teal for links and buttons so the page meets WCAG AA contrast.
Fixes: a page title, description and structured data, a favicon, corrected typos, and the page no longer scrolls sideways on wide screens.
