Jackco is a personal portfolio website template for designers, art directors and freelancers. It has a bright green look, a hero portrait and a clean layout that you can use as it is or restyle to suit your own work.

Use it as a one-page or a multi-page site. The home page brings together the hero, skill bars, an expertise list, an experience and education timeline and a photo strip, with sticky navigation. Seven pages ship: Home, About, Portfolio, Blog, Blog Details, Contact and Elements.

Other features include a lightbox gallery, a blog with comments and sidebar, a click-to-load contact map and working contact, comment and newsletter forms.

What’s new in 3.0

• Bootstrap 5.3.8 and plain JavaScript: jQuery and its plugins are gone, with Swiper 14, PhotoSwipe 5 and Lucide icons in their place.
• Lighter pages: all seven pages weigh 5.66 MB with 184 requests, down from 10.81 MB and 378 requests; the home page is 1.31 MB instead of 1.75 MB (AVIF photos with JPG fallbacks).
• No third-party requests: fonts are self-hosted and the contact map loads only when a visitor asks for it.
• Working forms: contact, footer, comment and newsletter forms validate in the browser and post to a PHP handler with a spam trap.
• Accessibility: skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled fields, one h1 per page and text contrast of at least 4.5:1.
• New licensed photos, a rebuilt hero portrait, fictional contact details, and a README with build instructions.
