Constructed is a website template for construction companies and general contractors, built on Bootstrap 5. It has a clean, minimal design with a split hero (a tall photo beside the headline), red accents and plenty of white space. The layout is responsive and mobile-ready. There are six pages: home, about, services, projects, a project details page and contact.
The home page has six services with line icons, a grid of recent projects with a caption on hover, client testimonials, a video block and three company strengths. You will also find an about page with animated company stats and a team section, a services page, a projects page with twelve projects, a project details page with key facts and photos, and a contact page with a working contact form. The desktop menu has a projects drop-down, and on phones the menu opens in a side panel.
What’s new in 3.0
Bootstrap 5.3.8 (the earlier release used an early Bootstrap 5 beta), compiled from Sass together with the theme, and plain JavaScript with no jQuery. Small built-in modules replace AOS, GLightbox and the menu and counter scripts, and the unused Tiny Slider is gone. npm run build (Dart Sass and esbuild) compiles one minified stylesheet and one script.
Lighter pages: the seven pages together went from 11.5 MB and 177 requests to 5.5 MB and 109 requests; the contact page from 1.45 MB to 0.36 MB. Every photo has an AVIF version with the JPEG as the fallback, real dimensions and lazy loading below the first screen, and the full-page preloader is gone.
New full-resolution construction and architecture photos with tall crops for the hero columns, twelve different projects on the projects page and new team and client portraits.
No third-party requests: Roboto and Montserrat are self-hosted, the icon fonts are replaced by Lucide SVG icons and a 1 KB social-logo subset, and the video loads from YouTube only when a visitor clicks play.
The contact form sends email through an included PHP script, with validation, a spam trap and an on-page result message.
Accessibility: a skip link, landmarks, alt text, labelled links and form fields, keyboard access to the menus, a visible focus ring, and a slightly darker red and darker grey text for WCAG AA contrast.
Construction copy, page titles and descriptions, social sharing tags, structured data and a favicon on every page, and every menu, footer and button link points at a real page.
