Description
A free user account 3-step wizard with a full-screen image background and all the necessary fields and different payment methods. Of course, you are welcome to make modifications to tailor the free snippet to your application’s requirements.
Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 213 KB (it was 1.7 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. Date fields use the browser’s own date picker, so phones get their native calendar. The steps work without a plugin.
