What CMS would anyone suggest for this theme? I am still learning so I wonder what webhosting site can let me upload this template and edit it with ease?
For what Antoinette Gathers said above…could we use 1&1 aka ionos.com for the hosting? would it be easy to do? or harder? no wordpress please.

This template will work with any hosting provider including Ionos. You can edit it using any text editor such as Atom or Sublime but a some HTML/CSS knowledge is required. None of the CMS will work unless you convert the template to be used for it because it is not dependant to any platform just a plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
