Aler is a real estate listing website template for estate agents, letting agencies and landlords. It has 11 pages: a home page with a property search and filterable listings, about, agents, an agent profile, a property grid, a property details page with gallery, floor plan, reviews and a mortgage calculator, a comparison table, a submit-property form, a blog, a blog post and contact.

The layout is responsive and works in current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. The contact, comment, review, newsletter and submit forms post to a PHP mail handler you configure, and the maps load only when a visitor clicks them.

What’s new in 3.0

• Rebuilt on Bootstrap 5.3.8 with plain JavaScript: jQuery and the old plugins are gone, sliders run on Swiper and icons are Lucide.
• The home page now downloads 2.0 MB instead of 3.4 MB, and the whole site is 8.0 MB instead of 26.2 MB, with AVIF images and self-hosted fonts.
• No third-party requests on load: fonts are self-hosted and maps are click-to-load.
• Search form, listing filter, size and price ranges, image picker and mortgage calculator work without jQuery.
• Working forms with validation, labels and a spam trap, plus a Sass source you can build with one command.
• Accessibility: skip link, one h1 per page, labelled icon links and a darker green that passes contrast.
• Fresh demo content: new photos and fictional agents, addresses and articles.
