A split-screen 403 page for a file-sharing app: a dark illustrated panel with a locked folder on one side, and on the other an explanation of who owns the folder and which account you are signed in with. A short form lets the visitor choose the access level they need and write a note to the owner, validated with the browser's own constraint checks. After sending, a confirmation replaces the form and a link leads back to the visitor's files.

It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 158 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
