Description

A sign-up form for a coworking space shown after a failed submit, with an error summary at the top. Each error in the summary is a link that scrolls to and focuses the matching field, and each field shows its own message wired up with aria-describedby. Submitting again rebuilds the summary and moves focus to it, or shows a success message when everything is valid.

It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 229 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
