Rehomes is a responsive real estate HTML website template with a green and charcoal palette, property cards and photo sections. It includes eight pages: Home, About, Agents, Properties, Property Details, Journal, Journal Guide and Contact. The twelve-property example catalogue supports filters, sorting and pagination, with matching detail pages and inquiry context. Six journal guides include search and pagination. Listings, offices and availability are illustrative; connect your own catalogue and backend for real property services.

What’s new in 3.0

• Bootstrap 5.3.8, local Swiper sliders and vanilla JavaScript with no jQuery; Lucide icons and a local social-logo subset.
• AVIF photographs with original-format fallbacks. The homepage uses approximately 1.17 MB of decoded resources instead of 5.04 MB. The package is approximately 3.37 MB, previously 5.94 MB.
• Homepage resource requests reduced from 99 to 42, with local template assets and no initial third-party dependencies. Keyless maps load only after a click.
• Keyboard navigation, skip links, labelled controls, visible focus and improved text contrast; correctly directed 48px slider arrows and full-size Subscribe buttons.
• Consistent property photos with enough native resolution for selected details, prices, features and metadata, working catalogue filters and sorting, and coherent searchable journal guides.
• Configurable PHP contact, property inquiry, guide question and newsletter handlers with validation, honeypots and accessible pending, success and error feedback. PHP hosting and mail configuration are required; the static preview cannot send mail.
• Current build instructions, customisation notes and source assets; original responsive layout and typography retained.
