2.0.2 – Fixed galleries rendering as a single stacked column. Classic [gallery] shortcodes and gallery blocks now lay out as a proper masonry, at a sharper image size, and no longer need Jetpack.
2.0.1 – Fixed the site header collapsing between roughly 768px and 1024px, where the menu went horizontal before it had room and squeezed the site title onto four lines.
2.0 – A complete rebuild. The masonry grid, the category ribbon and the arrow chip are kept; everything underneath them is new.
Removed jQuery, Masonry and imagesLoaded. The grid is now pure CSS, so it no longer flickers while it settles and works with scripting off.
Added full block editor support through theme.json, with matching editor styles, block patterns and block styles.
Added automatic dark mode, overridable in the Customizer.
Added right-to-left support, an accessible menu that replaces the old select-based mobile navigation, a Full Width page template and a proper 404.
Fixed keyboard navigation, which was invisible because focus outlines were suppressed.
Fixed pinch-zoom, which was blocked by the viewport meta tag.
Fixed comment threading, which was broken because avatars and reply links were hidden.
The logo moves from the old Appearance -> Pinbin Options screen to the WordPress custom logo feature, automatically, on first load after updating.
Requires WordPress 6.6 and PHP 7.4.
