Dear Faculty Members,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about important updates to the course schedule for the upcoming Fall Semester 2024. Please review these changes carefully as they may affect your teaching assignments and classroom allocations.
Schedule Changes
The following adjustments have been made to accommodate increased enrollment and facility renovations:
- Computer Science Department: All morning classes will now start at 8:00 AM instead of 8:30 AM
- Engineering Labs: Lab sessions have been extended by 30 minutes to provide more hands-on experience
- Business School: Evening MBA classes will now be held on both Tuesday and Thursday
- Liberal Arts: Writing workshops have been moved to the new Media Center in Building C

New Classroom Technology
We're excited to announce that all classrooms in Buildings A and B have been equipped with new interactive whiteboards and enhanced audio-visual systems. Training sessions for these new technologies will be offered during the faculty orientation week.
Action Required
Please confirm your availability for the assigned teaching slots by July 31, 2024. You can do this through the Faculty Portal or by replying to this email. If you have any conflicts or concerns, please contact the Academic Affairs office immediately.
Additionally, please update your course syllabi to reflect the new schedule and submit them to the department head by August 5, 2024.
