Description
A contact form and Google Maps integration (full background!) go hand in hand very well. Contact Form v8 is exactly that, saving you heaps of time due to its smooth integration in your web application. It even includes a “send copy to my-email” checkbox (which you can edit accordingly).
Updated September 2026: this snippet is now plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins. The download is 80 KB (it was 2.4 MB). Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same. The map is a keyless Google Maps embed, so there is no API key to set up and no “for development purposes only” warning. Validation is a few lines of plain JavaScript that show the design’s own error messages.
