Yogabest is a website template for yoga studios, teachers and wellness classes, built on Bootstrap 5, with a fresh green-and-white design. The layout is responsive and mobile-ready and works in all popular web browsers. It comes with eight pages: home, about, trainers, classes, schedule, blog, blog post and contact.
The home page has a full-screen hero with a video button, feature boxes, an about section, animated counters, class cards, a testimonial slider, a weekly class schedule, trainer profiles and recent blog posts. The inner pages add the full class list and timetable, the trainer team, a blog with a sidebar and comments, and a contact page with a working contact form and a map that loads on request. Yogabest gives you a ready-made site to present your studio, its classes and its teachers.
What’s new in 3.0
Bootstrap 5.3.8 (the earlier release used Bootstrap 4.5.2 and jQuery), compiled from Sass together with the theme and the original Bootstrap 4 proportions, and plain JavaScript with no jQuery. Swiper 14 replaces Owl Carousel on the testimonial slider, and small built-in modules replace Magnific Popup, Waypoints, the number animation and the scroll animations. npm run build (Dart Sass and esbuild) compiles one minified stylesheet and one script.
Lighter pages: all eight pages together went from 31.6 MB and 366 requests to 7.4 MB and 185 requests (the home page from 8.5 MB to 1.7 MB). Every photo has an AVIF version with the JPEG or PNG as the fallback, real dimensions and lazy loading, each page preloads its hero photo, and the page preloader that hid each page until its scripts had run is gone.
No third-party requests: Poppins and Reenie Beanie are self-hosted, the CDN icon font and the yoga icon font are replaced by Lucide SVG icons and a 1.2 KB social-logo subset (the Twitter bird is now the X logo), the map loads only when a visitor clicks “Show map”, the studio video is a stock clip that loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player only after a click, and a Google Analytics 4 snippet stays commented out until you add your own ID. Before, every page loaded Google Fonts, a CDN stylesheet, the Google Maps script and an analytics tag.
Working forms: the contact form and the blog comment form send through php/send-email.php, with validation, a spam trap and an in-page message, and the blog search sends its query to the blog page. Before, neither form could send anything.
Accessibility: a skip link and a main landmark on every page, one h1 per page, names on icon-only and image links, labelled form fields, visible focus rings, reduced-motion support and WCAG AA text contrast, with a deeper green for text, buttons and green bands on light backgrounds, a darker body grey, and soft dark-green shades behind the menu and page titles on the header photos.
Fixed and tidied: footer, social and blog links that pointed nowhere now open the right pages, the thank-you page is a complete page, the blog tags fit the yoga niche, and typos are corrected.
Demo content: fictional names, roles and contact details, and three photos with visible brand markings on a studio wall, gym equipment and yoga mats are replaced or retouched.
