Wines is a responsive wine collection and journal HTML template with serif headings, a purple accent and large photo sections. Its eleven pages include Home, About, Collection, Product, Basket, Checkout Preview, Order Preview Information, Journal, Journal Guide, Journal Topics and Contact. Nine fictional products support search, style and budget filters, sorting and a local demo basket. Six journal guides have matching photos and selected details. The order preview is a frontend demonstration; real orders and payments require a commerce backend.

What’s new in 3.0

• Bootstrap 5.3.8, local Swiper sliders and vanilla JavaScript with no jQuery; Lucide icons, local fonts and a four-logo social subset.
• AVIF images with original-format fallbacks. Homepage resources (cold cache, fully scrolled) are approximately 1.91 MB, previously 4.39 MB. The package is approximately 5.34 MB, previously 4.29 MB.
• Initial homepage requests reduced from 44 to 38, with local template assets and no initial third-party dependencies.
• Keyboard navigation, skip links, labelled controls, visible focus and improved text contrast; full-width landscape hero photos, correctly directed 48px slider arrows, visible pagination and larger form actions.
• Consistent product photos, prices and metadata, working basket quantities and demo discounts, searchable journal guides and native photo zoom.
• Configurable PHP contact and private guide-question forms with validation, honeypots and pending, success and error feedback. PHP hosting and mail configuration are required; the static preview cannot send mail.
• Reproducible Sass/esbuild build, customisation instructions and source assets; the original responsive design and typography are retained.
