With an HTML conference website template like Confer, you can market your event or any upcoming gathering. Confer makes a professional first impression, and its vibrant design encourages potential attendees to get a ticket.

Confer has a full-width slideshow, call-to-action buttons, a multi-level drop-down menu, a countdown timer, parallax and hover effects. You also get a schedule, pricing tables, a working contact form, testimonials, Google Maps and a news section.

What’s new in 3.0

• Bootstrap 5.3.8 compiled from Sass with the theme, and plain JavaScript with no jQuery. The Sass sources, with the colours as variables, ship with a documented npm run build (2.0 shipped none).
• Lighter pages: the eight pages together went from 11.65 MB and 344 requests to 6.54 MB and 269 requests. Images are AVIF with the JPEG/PNG as the fallback.
• Poppins and a 35-icon Font Awesome subset are self-hosted, with no Google Fonts request, and 2.4 MB of unused icon fonts are removed. The venue map loads only when a visitor clicks “Show map”, so nothing loads from other sites until then.
• Working contact and comment forms through php/send-email.php. 2.0 pointed them at a mail.php that did not ship.
• Accessibility: a skip link, one h1 per page, the same header on every page, labelled form fields, a visible focus ring and WCAG AA text contrast.
• Fixed: pages no longer scroll sideways on phones, the About page testimonial slider now slides, and the hero arrows no longer cover the venue on phones.
• SEO: a unique title and description per page, social tags, and Event and BlogPosting structured data.
