Description
Conbusi is a website template for a business consultancy or advisory firm, built on Bootstrap 5, with a clean blue design. The layout is responsive and mobile-ready and works in all popular web browsers. It comes with nine pages: home, about, services, case studies, case details, blog, blog post, contact and elements.
The home page has a hero slider, six service cards, animated counters, a case study slider, an FAQ accordion, testimonials, a team section and a quote form. The case studies page filters nine cases by category, the case page sets out the problem, solution and result, and the blog has a post page with comments, a sidebar and a newsletter form. The contact page has a working contact form and a click-to-load map. Conbusi gives you a ready-made site to present your services, your work and your team.
What’s new in 3.0
Bootstrap 5.3.8 (the earlier release used Bootstrap 4.0 and jQuery), compiled from Sass together with the theme and the original Bootstrap 4 proportions and colours, and plain JavaScript with no jQuery. Swiper 14 replaces Owl Carousel on the hero, case study and testimonial sliders, and small built-in modules replace Isotope, CounterUp, Nice Select and SlickNav. npm run build (Dart Sass and esbuild) compiles one minified stylesheet and one script.
Lighter pages: all pages together went from 42.8 MB and 567 requests to 5.8 MB and 227 requests, and the download from 20.4 MB to about 4.3 MB. Every photo has an AVIF version with the JPEG as the fallback, real dimensions and lazy loading below the hero, and unused plugins, icon fonts and a second copy of the stylesheet are gone.
No third-party requests: Poppins is self-hosted, the icon fonts are replaced by Lucide SVG icons and a small social-logo subset (the Twitter bird is now the X logo), the contact map loads from OpenStreetMap only after a click, and a Google Analytics 4 snippet stays commented out until you add your own ID. Before, every page loaded its fonts from Google Fonts and the contact page loaded Google Maps.
Working forms: the quote, contact, comment and newsletter forms send through php/send-email.php and php/subscribe.php, with validation, a spam trap and an in-page message. Before, only one of the 19 forms posted anywhere.
Accessibility: a skip link and a main landmark on every page, one h1 per page, a real menu button, a mobile menu that keeps keyboard focus inside and closes with Esc, names on icon-only links, descriptive alt text, visible focus rings, reduced-motion support and WCAG AA text contrast, with white labels on a darker blue button gradient, a darker blue for blue text and darker greys for small text.
Demo content: the placeholder text is replaced by consultancy copy with six named services, nine case studies, three different testimonials, a team and five blog posts, with fictional names and contact details, new Unsplash photos throughout, and header, footer and button links that lead to real pages.
