Bluesky is a responsive real estate website template for presenting a company, property listings and a property journal. Its seven pages cover home, about, property search, property details, news, contact and interface elements. The original section layouts and rectangular property imagery remain, with updated controls and functional demo searches.

Version 3.0.1 refines the design with a cohesive navy and blue palette, cleaner property cards, visible search labels, consistent form fields and correctly centered button labels and slider icons. The original photographs and page sections are retained.

What’s new in 3.0

• Bootstrap 5.3.8, Swiper 14.3.0 and native JavaScript replace the old jQuery stack.
• AVIF photographs include JPEG or PNG recovery when a browser or client blocks AVIF, and the original image proportions are preserved.
• Self-hosted Montserrat and licensed Lucide icons keep initial template loading free of third-party requests.
• Property filters use the demo catalog, and listing IDs carry matching titles, prices, rooms and enquiry context into the detail page.
• Usable mobile navigation, correctly directed slider buttons, keyboard-operated tabs and accordions, visible focus and readable contrast improve accessibility.
• Contact and newsletter-request forms include visible labels, validation, delivery feedback and a configurable PHP handler. A keyless map loads only when requested.
• Editable Sass and JavaScript, pinned build tools, generated documentation and commercial licence information are included.
