I have downloaded the free BizPro one page website template.
I cannot find any documentation on how to get it into wordpress.
Does this not come with any documentation at all, for anything …or am I missing something?
When I try to take it in as a theme, it says “can’t upload as there is no .css file”, although, I can see there is one in the folder.

It is not a WordPress theme but an HTML template. So there is no documentation for installing it on WordPress.
can i use bizpro template for my company?
Yes, you can use it for private and commercial use. However, you must keep the footer copyrights in place. Otherwise, you must purchase a license: https://colorlib.com/wp/licence
