A dark navy site footer that opens with a raised newsletter band: headline, subscriber count, email field with a lime subscribe button and a privacy note with a policy link. Below it sit the logo, three labelled link columns and a copyright row. Subscribing swaps the form for an inline confirmation inside the band.

It is plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript: no jQuery, no Bootstrap files, no plugins, and the download is 663 KB. Use it on its own, or drop it into a Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 project and it looks the same.
