Here’s an example:
Literally every website with variable products powered by Tyche has the exact same issue.
Any solution?September 21, 2017 at 8:43 am in reply to: Tyche theme problem: variable products are being added to the card #119833
I guess the issue better be reported on https://github.com/puikinsh/tyche/issues, I don’t think the support here does the actual development. I also doubt the developers read the forums
You first need to edit this file: /tyche/inc/class-tyche.php
Go to lines 285 and 286 and change the width and height there.
After that, upload your logo image and add the CSS code from above. That way it won’t be blurry.
However, directly editing theme files is not recommended, it’s better if you use a child theme.
I see it’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t replied to you, so don’t expect much 🙂
That solution worked for me too, but this should either be fixed in the next update or implemented via a child theme.
Updating original theme files is not recommended, you will lose your changes on the next theme update.
The problem is that Tyche stores its CSS files in a different directory in multiple files:
So how do I edit my child theme’s function.php so I include all styles from /assets/css/?
Yes, I tried that plugin and 3 other popular plugins for creating child themes.
This issue does not appear when activating the parent theme.
I tried it on a fresh install and still the same issue.
I did import the demo content and check your videos, but you do not have the recent posts widget neither in the demo nor in the videos
Yes, based on previous support topics here it seems like the support is subpar. Colorlib usually has great themes and support though, not sure why it’s like that now
