    Hi-
I am also having the same problem. I wanted to start the website with our logo against the background.

This code suggestion is the only one that makes the logo bigger, but mine is also blurry. I tried one 600X560 and then another 1200×1128. They both look exactly the same…….there but blurry. I put the exact same in the footer and it looks perfect.

Please help. The logo is the first thing seen and so first impression. Blurry not a good first impression.

    Thank you.

I was afraid that was going to be your answer.

I have attached 6 screen shots from different areas of the site to illustrate the problem. The ones with “View” at the end illustrate what the site looks like when I return to WordPress and select “Visit Site”. The ones with “Customize” illustrate what the same area of the site looks like when I work in the “Customize” area.

Links that work in “Customize” also do not work in “Visit.

I save after every change and have purged the caches multiple times.

The site is not published yet. I have no problem with giving you access to take a look. How do I find the address to give to you for an unpublished site?
    Thanks so much!

    Hi-
Could someone give me an idea when you will have a chance to log and see why that button isn’t working correctly?

    I’ve been waiting almost a week now……………..

    Thanks

    Update:
    I cleared the cache again

With the “http: ” start — one of the buttons is now working perfectly. The other now allows me to activate the button, but the whole screen just turns a milky white, but when it clears the location has not scrolled down.

The title of the section I want to scroll to is Our Doctors.

I have entered the last part of the code as …./#our-doctors

What am I doing wrong? I even copied and pasted the first part of the code from the one working correctly to eliminate typo possibility.

    Thanks
    k

    Hi-
    Thanks for your response.

    I tried what you suggested
with a “https..” start it gives me an error saying “coded incorrectly. invalid certificate. certificate not signed by a authorized person”.
if change to “http:……” start when I go to click on the button, a greyed out circle with a line across it appears making the button inaccessible.

    What else can I try?

    Thanks
    k
