Thanks a million. Everything is resolved now.
I’m so awfully sorry to bother again. But it’s still happening to the category page too.
1) Please got the following link. https://powertrendprototype.000webhostapp.com/product-category/adapters/
2) Please check the attached screen shot. You can see the middle of the 2 products also have this “Add to basket” alignment issue.
3) Is there a way to have the resolution code affect all pages that have “Add to basket” button? So that I won’t need to bother you again.
Thank you so much for your help. Exactly what I wanted to resolve.
Thank you for your reply.
As indicated by you and your team, I will list the issue in highest detail possible.
1) Please visit the site’s main page “https://powertrendprototype.000webhostapp.com”
2) Please refer to attached screen shot and click the right arrow circled in red until you see the product “MFI Certified 2M/6.6ft Nylon Braided USB to Lightning Charge & Sync Cable” and the “Add to basket” button is not in parallel to the product item next to it on the left.
Q1) Is there a way to alter the CSS so that the buttons align based on the product with the longest length?
Q2) If this is not part of the free theme’s services, is there a way to offer your team donations or if there is a service charge, please let me know the cost.
Ok. Firstly, obviously there are some issues with your theme at the moment. On my browser the buttons are yellow, but on your screenshot the buttons are blue. Secondly, we are looking at the same page. The homepage where the buttons are not aligned. If on your browser it’s looking fine but on mine it isn’t, this means there is discrepancies between browsers.
I do understand that your theme is free of charge and it was the reason I used your theme to start off this project. I don’t mind if you tell me what I’m asking to be done requires added charges as the free theme did not have enough resources to incorporate detailed features like this.
But why I said you don’t understand the nature of sales and marketing is that the main features of each product should be clear to the potential buyer. If you labeled your theme to “WordPress theme” instead of “Full Woocommerce WordPress theme” Would people understand what your product exactly is?
I’m not trying to argue with you. Just letting you see beyond your views so that you might benefit your customers. If we’re all here to just make something and throw it online then I think you have achieved this. But if you’re trying to get long term customers to look into your premium themes, your words have directed me in the opposite direction.
I don’t think you understand the nature of sales and marketing. But since you’re unable to help, I guess I’ll have to find someone that knows what they are doing. Thanks for your help.
I don’t see any changes.
I changed the height px from 70 to 150 and it doesn’t seem to change anything.
Please find the attached screenshot.
This didn’t work. The buttons still aren’t aligned. If you take a look at the first page slider for the products and click the right arrow to see the next page of products, some still have 2 lines and move the buttons 1 line lower.
If there is a possibility of auto aligning the buttons then that would be much more efficient for users. Your resolution is only a superficial fix as it is quite hard to reduce title names to all products we place on the site. When that’s the case, I’ll have to battle between font size or title length. Doesn’t really make sense for the person setting up the site.
Hi! It happens on the other pages too. Was the code you gave supposed to be for all tyche.product listings? This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.
Unfortunately, I’m not too knowledgeable with CSS. I did find an article somewhere else that is exactly what I’m trying to do. But I’m unsure if I can incorporate it onto your theme as it does state if the theme I’m using uses different class names or IDs, it might not work. Can you help verify this or change their code a little to adjust for your theme? Thanks a million!
