Thanks for reaching out to us, I think a quick change of the page permalink should work fine.
Follow these steps-
1-Go to Wp-Admin of Website
2-Go to Pages
3-Find the “2017” page
4- Below the page name you should see an option called permalinks
5-Click edit and enter: blog
Let me know if this solved the issue.

2017 is actually not a page it is where all of my blog post are pointed to that are made this year. Then the permalink will have the article date and name, Ex. https://candicemcfield.com/2017/03/23/4-workouts-you-can-do-while-watching-basketball/
1- How to I change where all my new blog post are pointed? For instance, CandiceMcField.com/blog/year/date/article name?
2- How do I change all former post to point to: CandiceMcField.com/blog/year/date/article name?
Thanks!March 28, 2017 at 2:17 pm #93330
I hope you are doing well today.
You can change the URL structure buy going to Settings > Permalinks then you can select the structure that you would like to use.
Also, you can assign a blog page of your choice b going to Settings > Reading > Static Page and select the page to be used as the home page and the blog page.
Please let me know if this worked.
