When I download free templates in the Barcut theme, I have HTML sources that are not compatible with the use of WordPress. The theme is not even recognized as such in wordpress so the file architecture is not good. So I bought the extension “all models” to have php files as in all the wordpress themes worthy of the name but I realize that the purchase of this extension will not change anything. Indeed I have not received any new download link … How to do? Is it possible to be refunded because what I wanted was a real wordpress template not static html template.
Indeed, there is no difference in the files after the purchase, you are just purchasing rights to remove credit from the footer, files are the same. Use the contact page to contact our team member about the refund
