The navigation menu is not working on the mobile version of my site.
I think it’s due to me deleting the header + footer php documents included in the theme as they’re not needed.
Is this fixable without altering the current website?
Thanks in advance!September 2, 2019 at 4:52 am #240575
“I think it’s due to me deleting the header + footer php documents included in the theme as they’re not needed.” – Can you tell me a little bit more about this? Did you delete some theme files?September 4, 2019 at 12:51 pm #240932
I deleted all lines in the included footer.php and header.php as i wanted to remove them from all pages – it was an easy fix to get rid of the footer+header area. The mobile menu is not working (nothing happens when you press the three stripes) but I’m happy with the layout of the rest of the site. Should I make you a temporary login?September 5, 2019 at 4:25 am #241049
The menu will not work if you don’t have header.php if you want to customize theme it’s up to you but I can’t help you in this case with blank header.phpSeptember 11, 2019 at 1:30 pm #242013
Thanks for the info, solved the issue by putting back all the lines in footer.php. Seems to be connected to the mobile menu somehow. Issue solved, thanks for the feedback!September 12, 2019 at 3:56 am #242061
