Hi there! 🙂
I downloaded this theme and when I try to make the left sidebar fixed, it doesn’t work. It works with fixed_sidebar.html, but when I add menu_fixed, the sidebar doesn’t scroll at all when the content goes beyond the bottom limit.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to develop more custom code to make it fixed.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Colorlib recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Thank you for your reply.
Even though I’m not a developer per se, I understand the basics of coding and I make a lot of changes myself. The theme I’m working on, is not wordpress. It’s bootstrap, the Gentelella Admin. And what the file fixed_sidebar.html says is: “just add the class menu_fixed”. That’s what I did and it didn’t work. So I guess that sentence is a bit misleading, if there’s something else that needs to be done.
If someone can clarify why that particular html works perfectly well and others don’t, even though the class is inserted on the exact same place, that would be great! 🙂
